I wanted to grow food, but was unable to because monsters kept killing me so I went to peaceful mode and dug up some dirt to a underground lake but the dirt i mined never showed in my inventory. I though this was to price to pay for going on peaceful mode then I noticed that I couldn't open my new iron doors I put in but I could when I had wood ones. After a while I noticed that when I mined anything it never popped up as its floating miniature self for me to pick up. Then I switched back to survived mode of was the same problem just with monsters.
