It is impossible for me to open the chat menu on my PS4 which is irritating if I'm playing creative.
No matter what button I switch the controls to it will not open, infact once I start a level I am told to press T or shift to open the menu as if I were using a keyboard which I do not.

My only thought of why this is happening is because I use a extended storage device which I believe the game for whatever reason believes it to be a keyboard, I would test this but the time it would take for me to confirm this is not something I am willing to take.
