When I open a chest containing a specific item in my world, the item crashes the game. This also applies when the item is in my inventory and if the item is on the ground. I am unable to determine which item is causing the crash with certainty, but I suspect it is either a heavy core or a bundle that had a ghost item inside it in 1.21.40 that is causing the crash.
