Unconfirmed
I understand it's easy to be tired of a project, but with the last update of Minecraft Dungeons that happened this year, the game is currently unplayable on the switch. The game errors out routinely. Tower progress gets lost.
If it's in your company's business model to rip off your customers by breaking one of your own games, what would be the method to get a refund of what we paid for the game? We loved it when it had dev attention, but breaking the game to discourage people from playing it is in incredibly poor taste.
Also, removing the ability to report bugs for Minecraft Dungeons is absolutely foolish. People paid for this game, and they deserve to be able to enjoy it. It is almost a death sentence for your company's products if you take the route of burning your customers simply because you don't want them to play a game they've come to love.
This is worded harshly because this is important. If you do not plan to make the Minecraft Dungeons Switch version stable, I do want a refund for what we paid for the game.
Sincerely,
A concerned MCD player
