I am unable to download new worlds on Minecraft. It "downloads" and gets stuck when it goes to step two (importing content).  I have tried closing game multiple times uninstalled game reinstalled. I have tried multiple different worlds.. I don't know what else to do. I have bought two worlds and can't even play them. The photo I posted is it trying for about 30 minutes.
