I didn't play in my mobile version minecraft that i bought on my andriod phone for about 3 months.

Every thing was working good but after the time period 3 months of me not playing the game I opened the game and it is not loading my charecter nor opening the shop but I can play in online servers . I have tried restarting my phone and updating the game but non worked I can still open the shop when I open the store on my pc
