slabs now bond together for no reason. i used to be able to connect a slab to the side of another slab while running backwards, now they bond into a black and then stop stacking unless i go back and manually destroy the block and start again, can you guys please revert the slabs to the old physics please.

in general, can you guys stop changing the physics of the game? it worked just fine when minecraft came out over a decade ago.
