disappearing peaceful mobs and entities

      I have this minecart with hopper that I use with this fish farm that I have and use quite frequently. once about every 10 times I load up my world both it and my peaceful mods such as sheep and cows and whatnot just disappear without any explaination. please fix this problem as soon as possible
