Soul speed does not work on soul soil with Server Authoritative Movement off

      I tried running on soul soil (editted) in two different diamond boots, one with soul speed 2 frost walker and the other with soul speed two depth strider on dry land in a 200 block long tunnel and neither worked. The speed was the same as wearing no boots.

      Other players in my server also report that the 'drag' from not having soul speed has gone too.
