Hi to start I’m not sure if it affects older versions but it does to the current 1.17.30!

Okay so this month me and my friends created a survival world with no additional things and we would farm animals, and friendly mobs. But we logged on this week and all of our pets disappeared the farm animals and pets, we had name tagged some like our cats, dogs, fish, and axolotls but they were all gone. All of the farm animals disappeared except for the chickens.. We thought we might have had too many so we made a new world and got cats and sheep. We logged on later the same or next day and all of our animals were gone. We didn’t name tag them this time but they still disappeared. This happened with me and my friends so it wasn’t a certain persons game glitching. We’re not sure why it’s happening but we wanted to report it because we really like having animals in our worlds! That’s all it’s my first time doing this but I hope that you could maybe fix it! Thank you for your time and wonderful game! :]
