Hi how are you? My son has this Minecraft app and asked me to purchase some coins for him. I was able to successfully purchase the coins from Google Play store however the coins did not appear on the Minecraft app. I contacted Google Play support which instructed me to clear the cache and the data from the Google Play store app as well as force stop the app. They also had me remove my Google account and re-add it to the device. They also advised me that my Google Play account was in good working order and that this was a developer issue and that I would need to contact you since the purchase went through on their side and I did not receive my in-app purchase. No matter what has been done when I attempt to claim the coins in Minecraft I get a message that says "we are having trouble connecting to the marketplace right now please try again later." It's also says "  someone started a purchase with the billing account on this device would you like to complete the purchase with this account". If I select yes it says "we are unable to connect to the app store maybe sign into the app store or check your internet connection". My internet connection is currently high and I am signed into the app store. I'm not sure what else to do at this point as Google Play cannot help me, they said my fate rests with you the developer. Please help!
