When you exit the end (when you get in the overworld) you die (not always) and lose items (while testing they once did not drop). I can not have my items back in my survival world.

Bug is tested in my test world and died in my survival world.

Can some one explain what happened before I throw my controller at my tv. Lost all my enchanted diamond and netherite gear, my XP and the dragon egg
