We have bought my son a brand new iPad for his birthday, we are using IOS 14.7, bought Minecraft for him through the App Store and been gifted 3500 mine coupons through an Amazon voucher. We have a Microsoft account and the coins have been added but he can't purchase anything as it keeps saying that he can't connect to the market place?? Please can you explain what is happening and how we can resolve this - he is desperate to buy different skins and sky block? 

We have been looking online at different forums etc and others are mentioning a problem with similar issues since an IOS update???

It's a brand new Microsoft account & a brand new purchase of minecraft on 23/07/21 but my son has never been able to make purchases with these coins. Please help, it's very frustrating! We have contacted (Microsoft Minecraft) and they have said to report the bug with yourselves.
