When login into my friends realm, i get stuck on loading.  Especially on the part where it says building terrain.  It goes extremely slow and after several minutes i get disconnected.

This started to happen ever since i was going into the Nether 2 days ago.  While the game was loading into the Nether, this is where i got disconnected and can't get back in ever since.

I did all the troubleshooting from your website and rebooted my console several times (include login out of my Microsoft account).  Issue is still persisting.
