So I can't see my girlfriend's edited Character on on my PS5 or PS4 when we play online. (she's on the Nintendo Switch) 

She always shows up as Steve or Alex, and also preset characters if she switches to one, but not the costume ones she made.

I have played with her on mobile and I can see her character but just not on PS5 and PS4.
