I am not able to load my profile when I try to log into minecraft. I have my username but not my avatar and can't access the marketplace since this started happening. I logged into the minecraft website just incase it was a verification issue or something and then was told that I did not have minecraft windows version purchased (which I have purchased and been playing for weeks now and still can play to this day).
