BDS Nether generation bug

      Hello,

      I found that nether generation on BDS version 1.17.0.03 has huge bug that all blocks in nether are generated into stone, also no any mob spawn. This happens on my fresh new generated world. I also tested to create another new world but same bug exists.

      Hopefully you can fix this ASAP.
