Nether chunk generation bug

      Since the 1.16.210 update newly generated chunks in the nether on a server with a world created on a previous version are made of stone and water. All blocks are replaced with stone and lava replaced with water. I am able to boat use riptide and everything else. Please fix this bug as soon as possible with a fix for servers
