Tools that have durability that are newly crafted will fail to break a block initially on the first time it's used to do so. the block will break but then reappear and need to be broken again. the durability meter will flash on the tool's icon on the hot bar but then revert back to having no bar once the block fails to break. Any tools that were created have this glitch, but if one of them is used and experiences this glitch, then all others that have been created will be fixed. I think this problem is only on PS5 because me and my friend got PS5 at the same time and both experience the same glitch.
