When building simple flying machines with observers, sticky pistons and slime blocks they do not function the expected way.

      1.  The sticky pistons can lose grip of the slime block. How can a sticky piston (or slime block) lose grip of an attached block???? (this should be a separate bug report I guess)

      2.  The pistons will fire at the exact same time creating a timing issue causing the machine to either move forward or backwards.  This results in a race condition that has the machine mysteriously move 3 steps forward and 2 steps back.

End result, you cannot create any working flying machines on the Nintendo Switch at this time.
