Unable to play cross platform between PS4 & Xbox One. Both bedrock Edition. Both have microsoft accounts. PS4 has PS Now & PS+ and Xbox has xbox Live Gold . All setting for crossplay correct.  Added as a friend and able to see each other is online within minecraft.  However unable to play together. Message of 'unable to connect to worlds' appears no matter who tries to join who. Both machines within same network (home). Tried unfriending and re-friending. Resetting router. Can you help please
