Immersion Washington DC is not working and every time I want to get in I can't it keep saying to connect to the internet yet my internet is fine

      Immersion of Washington DC is not working for me on the ps4 it keeps telling me to connect to internet yet my internet is all fine working and also my connection to service is too weak and it keep changing my character
