I created a ticket to mojang previously but they basically said your on your own. But at least left me a link for here...my issue is that I just want the unlockable  character items through achievements....I have these achievement completed as of recently from  yeaaars ago. And yet it’s still locked. This is on PS4. I did notice on my mobile it said I didn’t have these achievements. But I don’t use the mobile unless it’s for troubleshooting.
